We found there are roughly 3 levels of tech support that a glider may require:
A) Easy replacement of parts, that can be judged and replaced by the pilot/owner himself. Spares can be provided through a dealer or directly by us.
B) Repairs or replacement of parts that require a higher (technical) level of experience. Best consult a technical specialist in your school or club to make sure you take the right decisicion. Or contact:

C) For more complicated repairs or repairs of your sailcloth we have an excellent agreement with Bautek Hang-gliders in Germany near Trier. Bautek are a certified manufacturer and service organisation. They have a superb reputation in servicing, repairs and approvals of hang-gliders. They can be contacted at
